This is us sailing one late afternoon a couple of weeks ago in the Oceanside harbor--this isn't our new Sabot. Jared is doing a little work on that one to get it ready to sail so we can finally have some races!

After our sunset tide pool walk at the Dana Point headlands, we got to check out this crazy light display in the DP harbor! The kids had fun running around on the grass (and repeatedly tripping on tree roots), checking out all of the ocean-themed displays while the Beach Boys Christmas music played...it felt like a very So Cal Christmas ;)

Christmas Show

Parker's school had their Christmas show last Wednesday night, and I took a few photos of the kids before we walked over to school for the performance. You can tell by the looks on their faces that they were pretty much forced into this photo shoot, but I wanted to be sure to have some pics of them together in front of the Christmas tree for posterity!
